Yomu Manga Reader is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Browse and discover manga content
• Read manga chapters and track reading progress
• Create and manage personal favorites lists
• Maintain reading history across devices
• Access content in both guest mode and with user accounts

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Types

• Guest Mode: Use the App without creating an account, with data stored locally on your device
• Registered Accounts: Create an account using email, Google, or Apple Sign-In for cloud synchronization

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Third-Party Content

• Manga content is provided by third-party sources and APIs
• We do not claim ownership of manga content displayed in the App
• All manga content remains the property of its respective creators and publishers
• Users should respect intellectual property rights of content creators

4.2 Fair Use and Personal Use

• The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only
• Users may not redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit manga content
• Reading manga through our App should comply with applicable copyright laws

The App's design, functionality, code, and original features are owned by NextProject Dev and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Share account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. User-Generated Content

• Favorites lists, reading history, and preferences you create remain under your control
• You can export or delete your data at any time
• We use your data to provide and improve the Service

7.2 Data Synchronization

• Registered users' data is synchronized across devices using Firebase/Firestore
• Guest users' data is stored locally and not synchronized

8. Service Availability and Modifications

8.1 Service Availability

• We strive to maintain Service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• Third-party content availability depends on external sources

8.2 Service Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features

• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modifications
